I love these boots,but the thing I love most about these Ugg boots that I never take off,is the customer service I received from bootscardy.Every business should take a clue from bootscardy. Kindness + good policies = me and my big mouth telling everyone I know how awesome bootscardy is. The boots make me feel like a "young-un."
